Hotel Germain – Ganvié Holiday Resort has a restaurant that can accommodate a minimum of 100 Guests and its cuisine is based on fisheries products from Lake Nokoué . The restaurant is opened everyday. The policy of the management is to avoid that the products or ingredients meant for cooking pass through a freezer. This is what explained for instance the fact that the fish and chicken served to the Guests are killed in the hotel, the date of the preparation of the meals. There are in front of the restaurant three fish holes. The Guests choose themselves the fish they wish to eat, amongst the fish living in the fish holes. Since the advent of the bird flu very close to Benin , Hotel Germain – Ganvié Holiday Resort serves chicken only at the special request of Guests.
